Our Coaches

The Director of the Foundations for Recovery establishes CCAR (Connecticut Center for Addiction Recovery) Recovery Coaching Academy which is a 5 week training program to those interested in becoming a certified recovery coach. As defined;
“A Recovery Coach is anyone interested in promoting recovery by removing barriers and obstacles to recovery by serving as a personal guide and mentor for people seeking or in recovery”.

This one on one coaching peer mentoring program allows the client to gain the support he or she may be seeking. The coach assists the client in establishing goals set for in the Recovery Wellness Workbook, which focuses on 7 areas of a person’s individual lives. The areas include but not limited to the following: Sobriety, Spiritual and Physical Health, Emotional Support, Housing, Employment and Personal Daily Living.

Our plan for is to continue our unique one-on-one approach in changing lives, offering healing from the past and provide freedom in the present; to heal broken relationships and reconnect families so that we can build a strong community in the Rogue Valley.
